Most frustrating experience ever.

Ive been a user of the website for AGES. I first gave a try to this app on my old 3GS, and it crashed all the time. I thought it was my telephone, but no.
Now I use a 5S, and the app regularly crashes one second after I open it. Each time I have to try 10 to 12 times before I manage to use it - and still. Truly terrible, Im sorry to say this but not having an app at all would have been SO much better.
